Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Medical ICU

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team, where you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill adult patients. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine care needs.
• Manage ventilators and administer titratable intravenous (IV) medications.
• Monitor hemodynamic status and respond swiftly to any significant changes in patient conditions.
• Work collaboratively with intensivists and a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Support and communicate effectively with patients' families.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in critical care nursing is preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
