Join Our OB/GYN Hospitalist Team

We are currently looking for a skilled and board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to become a part of our OB/GYN Hospitalist service located in Silvis, IL.

What We Offer

• Full-time employment: 7 in-house shifts of 24 hours each per month, with options for flexible scheduling, including part-time and PRN roles.
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage OB and GYN emergencies in the emergency room and during labor and delivery.
  • Care for unassigned patients and handle transfers from smaller regional hospitals.
  • Provide after-hours call coverage for the OB/GYN practice.
• Facilities: Access to a dedicated surgical suite equipped with robotic technology.
• Volume: Approximately 600 births annually.
• Level II Nursery: Features 16 LDRP rooms.

Recruitment Package

• Compensation: $4,709 per 24-hour on-site shift.
• Commencement Bonus: $150,000.
• Loan Forgiveness: Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000.
• CME Allowance: $6,000.
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) with matching contributions, and 457(b) plan—benefits commence on the first day of employment.
• Malpractice Insurance: Coverage provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an unrestricted medical license in Illinois.
• Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to the practice.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (applications from J-1 and H1-B candidates are welcome).
