Family Medicine Physician (Kadlec Clinic)
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Family Medicine physician who is either board eligible or board certified to become a part of our vibrant primary care team in Kennewick, Washington. In this role, you will collaborate with a supportive group, engaging in clinic operations, mentoring medical students and family medicine residents, and contributing to the growth of the clinic. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for professional development, allowing you to establish your own patient panel while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in the sunny region of eastern Washington.

- Annual compensation ranges from $296,169 to $347,122
- Compensation may include incentives for productivity or quality/service, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be available.

- As a non-profit entity, we qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
