Join our dynamic Urology team in Richland, Washington, as a full-time provider, delivering exceptional care at a fast-paced medical center. Collaborate with three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) in this specialized practice. Your role will encompass responsibilities such as emergency department call, assisting in the operating room, and managing outpatient clinic duties.   • Starting bonuses: $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with 36 hours dedicated to patient interaction.
  • Technology: Utilize robotics-assisted surgical techniques.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Urology and the operating room is preferred.
  • Responsibilities: Includes rotating duties in clinic, inpatient care, emergency department, and first assist roles.
  • Loan Forgiveness: Our organization qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

  • Compensation: Annual salary ranges from $138,712 to $184,404.
