Position Overview

We are currently in search of a compassionate and highly skilled Gynecologist with MSCP certification to join our Women’s Health team. This role will specifically focus on leading our Southcoast Menopause and Wellness Program, the first of its kind in the region, dedicated to providing comprehensive, individualized care for women experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions.

The primary responsibilities of this position include delivering expert, evidence-based care to patients navigating perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopausal health. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of hormonal changes, symptom management, and long-term wellness strategies tailored for midlife and aging women. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our Comprehensive Menopause and Wellness Program.
  • Conduct thorough menopause-focused evaluations and provide ongoing care.
  • Diagnose and manage menopause-related conditions, developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on menopause, aging, and preventive health strategies, including bone, brain, and cardiovascular wellness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, including referrals to specialists as needed.
  • Stay updated with menopause research, guidelines, and best practices through continuing education and professional development.
  • Promote community awareness and education by participating in seminars and educational opportunities for both providers and patients.
Qualifications
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
  • Current state medical license and DEA registration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in gynecology, with a focus on midlife women’s health preferred.
  • Proven clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills.
  • Certification from the Menopause Society.
