We are a well-established private dental practice that prides itself on a close-knit team and a genuinely uplifting work atmosphere. Our primary focus is on delivering high-quality care. You will have at least one hour per patient, enabling you to foster meaningful connections and provide care without feeling rushed.

Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including AI-enhanced workflows, laser treatments, digital scanning, and in-office milling, all aimed at improving patient care and team productivity. Work Schedule
• Flexible scheduling with a bi-weekly rotation (Monday–Thursday one week, Tuesday–Friday the next)
• Options for both part-time and full-time positions
• Daily dedicated lunch hour

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive cleanings, scaling, polishing, and preventive care
• Educate patients about oral health and hygiene practices
• Capture digital X-rays and impressions
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
• Assist in screenings and periodontal assessments
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming patient experience

Qualifications
• Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in Washington
• Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
• Experience with restorative procedures is advantageous but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn and grow within a modern practice environment

Compensation & Benefits
• $77/hr for a single column schedule
• $85/hr for an accelerated hygiene schedule
