Internal Medicine Physician - Newton, IA - $270,000 Recruitment Incentive

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to be part of our growth in the Newton, Iowa area. Experience an affordable cost of living and a high quality of life, conveniently located near the state capital.

• Engage in a traditional outpatient Internal Medicine clinic practice.
• Immediate patient volume available due to upcoming physician retirements.
• Expected daily patient volume of approximately 25.
• On-call rotation of 1:16.
• Involvement in skilled patient admissions.
• 22% of the local population is aged 60 and above.
• Optional procedures include joint aspiration and injection, skin biopsy, spirometry, and incision and drainage of abscesses.

• A competitive base salary of $312,314, along with production and non-production bonuses.
• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000.
