Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Allergist/Immunologist to become part of our thriving practice. We are a physician-owned, multi-specialty group dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Enjoy a Monday to Friday outpatient schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
  • Average patient load of 8-13 per day.
  • Busy allergy shot clinic catering to a full age range.
  • Utilize in-office Rhinescope and Spirometry.
  • Access to a dedicated pharmacy liaison.
  • Work alongside experienced allergy staff.
  • Onsite immunotherapy and IVIG infusion services available.
  • Primary service area encompasses approximately 260,000 residents.
Position Details:
  • Annual salary of $334,470 plus production incentives.
  • Generous bonus package of $106,000 per year for the first two years.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance, CME, relocation assistance, paid time off, health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, disability coverage, and a substantial employer retirement contribution.
  • Board certification or eligibility required; must achieve board certification within three years of eligibility.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school is essential.
  • Completion of a relevant residency program demonstrating competency as a physician.
  • Board certification or eligibility is required.
  • Must be able to secure medical staff privileges at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Must hold or be eligible for a physician license in the State of Iowa, along with an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
