Job Description
Degree in American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1+ year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking a skilled Sign Language Interpreter with experience in telehealth services for a contract position within a school setting in Spokane, WA. This role involves facilitating communication between students, educators, and healthcare providers to support an inclusive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and professional sign language interpretation for students during educational and telehealth sessions.
- Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication access.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interpreting assignments.
- Adapt interpreting techniques to various virtual platforms and in-person settings as required.

Qualifications:
