Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Troy, NY

Our organization is actively looking to hire full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to enhance surgical services at a hospital located in Troy, New York. Position Overview:

• Work Schedule: Options for 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.
• Enjoy a stable schedule at a single clinical site, with no travel obligations.
• On-Call Rotation:
• 26 weekday shifts per year, each lasting 12 hours.
• 2 weekends per year, each requiring 24-hour shifts.
• Surgical Case Types: General Surgery, Obstetrics, Bariatrics, Vascular, Urology, Orthopedics, and Thoracic procedures.

Compensation Package: Our organization provides a thorough salary and benefits package that includes:

• Base Salary: $272,280, along with shift differentials and additional compensation for on-call duties.
• Full-Time Bonus: $100,000, structured as follows for eligible candidates:
• $25,000 payable in the first pay period after the CRNA's start date.
• $50,000 payable in the first pay period after the CRNA's six-month employment anniversary.
• $25,000 payable in the first pay period after the CRNA's one-year employment anniversary.
• Full-time role equates to 1,840 hours annually.
• Time Off: Six weeks of leave, which includes one week dedicated to Continuing Medical Education (CME).
• CME Allowance: $2,500 available each year.
• Quality Bonus: Eligible for up to $10,000 in the third year, pro-rated for part-time and partial years.
• Loan Repayment: Our institution qualifies as an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
