Orthopedic Surgery - Sports Medicine - Physician - Syracuse, NY

Our organization in Syracuse, New York, is excited to introduce the launch of a new hospital-based Orthopedic Surgery Program. We are currently in search of a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Sports Medicine Surgery to join our expanding team. This is a remarkable chance to become a foundational member of a newly formed orthopedic group, allowing you to influence the program from the ground up!

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Completion of a fellowship in Sports Surgery
• We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine, particularly in hip arthroscopy.
• Eligibility for or possession of a New York State medical license
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!

Recruitment Package:

• Base salary: $630,000-$760,000
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other potential cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please be aware that this salary range is provided in compliance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• Starting Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000
