Job Summary

A growing commercial mechanical construction team in Pewaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a proactive construction professional who enjoys managing schedules, budgets, customer relationships, field coordination, and overall project execution.

The Project Manager will work closely with customers, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, estimating, operations, and internal leadership to ensure commercial mechanical construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Review and understand project scope, contracts, specifications, budgets, schedules, and installation methods.
- Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, project logs, correspondence, and closeout materials.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, labor productivity, costs, billings, and overall financial performance.
- Identify project issues, manage risks, resolve challenges, and support business development through change order opportunities and future project needs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $60,000 to $130,000 per year.
