St. Peters Primary Care, situated at 4 Congress Place in Saratoga Springs, is eager to welcome a new physician to its vibrant team. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, demonstrate outstanding clinical and communication abilities, and show a strong dedication to delivering top-notch healthcare to the communities we serve. Applicants must be Board Certified and hold a valid license to practice in New York.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Board Certification
- Licensure in New York State
- DEA registration required
- A genuine interest in providing primary care for patients of all ages
RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:
We provide a competitive base salary with opportunities for additional earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
- Salary range: $250,000 - $260,000
- The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
- Starting Bonus: $75,000
- Retention Bonus: $25,000
- Resident compensation available: up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on
