We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to become part of our expanding women’s health service line. Practice Highlights & Innovations- Collaborative Care Environment: Become a member of a vibrant team that includes OB/GYN physicians, GYN-only specialists, midwives, and advanced practice nurses across various locations.
- Support from Subspecialists: Access to maternal-fetal medicine, urogynecology, gynecologic oncology, and pediatric surgeons from a leading children’s hospital.
- Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced 4-day workweek that includes office, operating room, and labor & delivery shifts, with built-in time off.
- Practice Locations: Providers typically work from one or two preferred sites throughout Atlantic and Cape May counties.
- Modern Facilities: Work in a state-of-the-art Medical Arts Pavilion that features comprehensive women’s health programs and maternal-fetal medicine.
- High Delivery Volume: Participate in over 2,000 deliveries annually at our main hospital, which has dedicated labor and delivery and postpartum units.
- Advanced NICU: Work in a 22-bed Level III NICU staffed by pediatric surgeons, providing care for high-risk and complex cases.
- Efficient Care Coordination: Utilize Cerner EMR and coordinated care teams to enhance efficiency and continuity of care.
