\n Job Summary\n
\n
\n The Material Handler is responsible for receiving, sorting, processing, and handling non-ferrous materials while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role also assists with inventory, customer service, and daily yard operations.\n
\n

\n Job Duties\n
\n
    \n
  • Receive, inspect, sort, and process non-ferrous materials.
    • \n
  • Complete daily safety inspections and maintain a clean, organized work area.
    • \n
  • Assist customers and communicate with the office and ferrous yard regarding customer movement.
    • \n
  • Complete monthly and physical inventory counts and accurately enter material receipts into the company's system.
    • \n
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
    • \n
\n
\n Pay\n

\n $ 17.00per hour\n
\n
\n Schedule\n
\n
    \n
  • Monday-Friday
    • \n
  • 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    • \n
  • Overtime may be available based on business needs.
    • \n
\n
\n Experience & Skill Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • At least 1 year of material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, recycling, or industrial experience preferred.
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify and sort materials.
    • \n
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, twist, and perform physical work throughout an entire shift.
    • \n
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
    • \n
