Our organization is on the lookout for a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to become a part of a well-established practice located in Ankeny, Iowa!

Job Opportunity Overview

• Outpatient practice environment
• Collaborate with a team consisting of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers (APPs)
• 36 hours of patient contact weekly
• On-call rotation of 1 in 8
• Access to a clinic chronic care coordination team and behavioral health support services
• On-site X-ray and laboratory services available
• Utilization of EMR system: EPIC

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $290,100
• Recruitment bonus of $150,000
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• Annual CME allowance of $6,000
• Malpractice insurance coverage with tail coverage included
• Retirement plans (403B with matching contributions + 457B)
