Our organization is seeking a full-time oral and maxillofacial surgeon to take on the role of Chief of Oral Health within the Department of Surgery at the Stritch School of Medicine.

This role encompasses active participation in a comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgery practice, along with administrative responsibilities for both OMFS and Dentistry. Key duties include:

  • Overseeing clinical practices and administrative functions
  • Providing didactic and clinical training for residents
  • Engaging in outreach and philanthropic initiatives
  • Collaborating with community organizations
  • Supporting and promoting clinically-focused research

Additionally, there are endowments available to support academic endeavors. The Division is responsible for managing both a general practice residency and an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program.

Applicants must possess a DDS or DMD degree and hold board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Experience and credentials should align with an academic appointment at the level of Associate Professor or Professor.

This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes:

  • Starting salary ranging from $159,000 to $985,945
