Our organization is thrilled to present a full-time position for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics. This role is based at the Palo Alto County Health System in Emmetsburg, Iowa, where you will join a dedicated, family-oriented team.

  • On-site services include Lab, X-Ray, ER, pharmacy, and behavioral health
  • Access to outreach specialists from our health system, including General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic Surgery, Dermatology, Audiology, Wound Care, and Ophthalmology

Palo Alto County Health System is actively working to expand its market share to ensure a robust Family Practice/OB service. Notably, two neighboring counties currently lack OB services, and our organization aims to support them.

The chosen candidate will operate in a modern medical facility, with opportunities to perform Obstetrics and C-sections, as well as work in the Emergency Department. This position promises an excellent work/life balance.
