Trial Attorney (Personal Injury)

Our client is seeking a 2+ years experienced Trial Attorney to join their Beverly Hills personal injury team to manage cases from intake through settlement/Trial.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake to final settlement/Trial

• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and co-counsel

• Draft and evaluate demand packages, settlement summaries, mediation briefs, and correspondence

• Oversee case managers, monitor deadlines, and track statutes of limitations

• Evaluate liability and damages, coordinate medical treatment, and assist with lien resolution

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license (Required)

• Minimum 2 years of personal injury law Trial experience (Required)

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and client-management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
