Position: Traveling Associate Dentist

We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Contribute to our mission of providing outstanding dental care within the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults.   • Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.
Responsibilities
  • As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will deliver dental services to patients with the assistance of your team.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

  • Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
  • A supportive team structure with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
  • A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location.
  • An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.
Qualifications

We expect you to possess:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care, or eligibility for licensure.
  • Any additional required certifications, such as CPR and DEA.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
  • The willingness and ability to cover the following geographical areas:

    • 738 Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT 06705
