Locums NP - Neonatology Position in Virginia

• Shift Length: 16-hour shifts
• Average Daily Census: 9 - 11 (NICU/Nursery)
• Annual Deliveries: Approximately 1,250
• Daytime Collaboration: On-site neonatologists
• Nighttime Coverage: In-house neonatologist on call with a 30-minute response time
• Attendance: Required at deliveries
• Education: Training for RN/RT teams as volume and acuity increase
• Certification: NRP certification is mandatory
