Our organization is on the lookout for a Family Medicine Physician to become part of our expanding practice, affiliated with a local health system. Located near Des Moines and surrounding areas, this health system is recognized for its community-oriented approach to healthcare. Job Opportunity Overview:- Become a member of a team consisting of one Physician and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Manage an average of 18-24 patients per day.
- Enjoy a 4-day work week.
- Provide care to patients across all age groups.
- Practice areas include continuity of care, pediatrics, and nursing home services.
- Optional coverage for emergency department and inpatient services.
- Outpatient-focused lifestyle with a manageable on-call schedule.
- Base Salary: $290,000.
- Incentives based on production and non-production metrics.
- Sign-on Bonus: $150,000.
- Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000.
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
