As part of a national collaborative practice, we are at the forefront of advancing women's healthcare. We are currently seeking talented OBGYN hospitalists to enhance our already impressive team in Nevada. In our innovative model, you will receive support not only from fellow hospitalists and practicing OBGYNs but also from one of the largest maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) practices in the nation. By utilizing value-driven results and efficient protocols, we strive to achieve superior outcomes that surpass standard care, benefiting both mothers and their babies.

Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and team-oriented OB/GYN Hospitalists to join our expanding practice in the Las Vegas/Henderson metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing comprehensive obstetric care to patients of all ages, ensuring the highest levels of quality and satisfaction.

What We Offer

• Competitive Shift Rates: $1650 - $2090 for 2026 shifts
• Holiday Shift Differential: $540
• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000

• Full-Time Schedule: 10 to 12 twelve-hour shifts per month

• Collaboration: Close interaction and 24/7 support from our local MFM practice, integral to our operations

• Advanced Infrastructure: Link to MFM practice with excellent EHR, voice dictation, PACS, genetic counselors, advanced practitioners, and top-tier ultrasound equipment

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• At least 3 years of experience in OB/GYN
• Valid medical license or eligibility to obtain one in Nevada
• Demonstrated experience as an OB/GYN Physician
• Exceptional clinical skills and a commitment to compassionate patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset
• Dedication to ongoing learning and professional growth
