Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our expanding Waukee Family Medicine Clinic located in Waukee, Iowa!
Job Opportunity Highlights- Focus on outpatient care
- Collaborate with a team of 4 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
- On-call schedule: 1 in 6 rotation
- Facilities include an on-site lab and X-ray
- Supportive staff with strong patient relationships
- Daily intake of new patients and walk-ins
- H1B candidates are encouraged to apply
- Base Salary: $290,000 with a 2-year income guarantee plus production bonuses
- Recruitment Bonus: $150,000
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
