Learning Solutions Consulting Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning Solutions Consulting Manager in Atlanta, GA. Summary: The client is looking for a Learning Solutions professional to lead and coordinate learning and development projects from planning through delivery. This role partners with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal teams to develop impactful learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, and digital formats while ensuring a high-quality learner experience. Responsibilities: Manage learning and development projects, timelines, and deliverables Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and support project execution Coordinate development and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning solutions Lead project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder communications Manage learner communications and support learning events Track project budgets, KPIs, and program effectiveness Identify and mitigate project risks while driving solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve learning processes and outcomes Requirements: High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3-7 years of Learning & Development, Training, or Learning Solutions experience Strong project management and organizational skills Experience supporting learning programs across multiple delivery methods Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Nice-to-Haves: Experience in a professional services environment preferred Big 4 Experience Learning Technology Platforms Budget & KPI Tracking Team Leadership Experience Virtual & Digital Learning Solutions Experience The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
