Job Description
Our organization is a multispecialty group with over 650 providers, currently in search of a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible obstetrician/gynecologist (Ob-Gyn) who is dedicated to a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care. This role presents an ideal opportunity for an OB-GYN looking for the backing of a large healthcare system and a well-structured group practice. The work schedule for this position follows a traditional 4-day week, complemented by a 1:7 Night Float Model call requirement.

Maternity Services: Our facility serves as a regional referral center, featuring two Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, 24-hour in-house anesthesia coverage, a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, on-site gynecologic oncology, interventional radiology, pediatric surgery, and pediatric gastroenterology. Additionally, we are home to the region's only ACS verified Level II Trauma Center. OB hospitalists also have the opportunity to care for women who are part of the community through the Refugee Resettlement program.
Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists deliver comprehensive obstetric care, dedicated to supporting patients and their families through complex pregnancies while ensuring high-quality, state-of-the-art perinatal care. They collaborate with primary obstetricians, obstetric hospitalists, and neonatologists as necessary to provide optimal care. Our Maternal-Fetal Medicine department has received special recognition and accreditation from the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), highlighting their commitment to clinical excellence and high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services.
Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) offers the highest standard of care for infants. This NICU provides 24-hour, full-service specialty care, allowing families from Boise and surrounding areas in Idaho and eastern Oregon to access expert treatment close to home. The NICU employs a team approach, fostering collaboration between parents and our skilled staff to achieve outcomes that surpass national benchmarks. Through specialized programs developed by neonatologists and NICU staff, the length of stay and complication rates at our NICU are significantly lower than the national average.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency;
- Certification by the ABOG or the ability to obtain such certification within three years of employment;
- Idaho medical licensure and privileges at our facility;
- Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
