Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Cardiothoracic Progressive Care

We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiothoracic Progressive Care unit. In this position, you will deliver specialized care to patients recovering from cardiothoracic surgeries and those with complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor telemetry and hemodynamic status of patients closely.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Facilitate safe transitions of care for patients.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and safety in patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in cardiothoracic nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
