Obstetrician/Gynecologist | Flexible Schedule with 4/10 Option | $90k Bonus
Job Description
Our organization is in search of an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to become part of a collaborative and supportive team in Richland, Washington.
This position provides a flexible work schedule, allowing for either a 4- or 5-day week. This flexibility enables practitioners to customize their work-life balance or opt for a more production-focused model, based on their individual preferences. The role encompasses both clinic and surgical responsibilities, with access to two Da Vinci robotic systems for those who wish to engage in an active surgical practice.
Providers will also have the advantage of working with an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), a Perinatal Center, and a Fertility Clinic, which enhances the breadth of practice. Our OB/GYN program is well-established and thriving, with over 2,700 deliveries each year. Position Overview:
- Full-time employment
- Schedule options of 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
- Combination of inpatient and outpatient care
- On-call duty is required for 6 days each month
- Access to two Da Vinci robotic systems
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary ranges from $375,745 to $487,670
- Sign-on bonus of $90,000 and relocation assistance of $15,000 available

Qualifications & Requirements:
- New graduates are welcome to apply; however, prior experience is advantageous
