General Dentist (DDS/DMD)

Location: Waldorf, MD 20602
Job Type: Full-Time (4 days/week) or Part-Time (3 days/week)

A well-established, technology-driven private dental practice that has proudly served the Waldorf, Maryland community for over 30 years. As a PPO and fee-for-service practice, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced dentistry, a collaborative team environment, and a patient-first approach.

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist who is passionate about clinical excellence, patient relationships, and continued professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with a loyal patient base and a consistent flow of new patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients of all ages

  • Perform routine restorative and preventive dental procedures

  • Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care

  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

  • Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences

  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education

Qualifications:Required:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

  • Active Maryland Dental License in good standing

  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate General Dentistry experience

  • Ability to commute to Waldorf, MD

  • Commitment to continuing education and clinical excellence

Preferred:

  • Experience in a PPO and fee-for-service practice

  • Strong communication and patient relationship skills

  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality patient care

Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  • No weekends

  • No on-call requirements

Patient Volume:

  • Approximately 8-10 patients per day

  • Mixed-age patient population
