Family Medicine Physician - Waterloo, IA (Kimball) | No Hospital Call + $150K Bonus Package

Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of our established outpatient clinic, located in Waterloo, Iowa. This role presents a fantastic chance to engage in comprehensive family medicine within a single site, supported by a robust, integrated healthcare system.

• Become a member of a cooperative team consisting of 3 physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

• Participate in a call schedule of 1:4, with nurse triage handling calls; no hospital call required.
• Focus exclusively on outpatient care; no hospital rounds involved.

• Receive a 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 per year, plus performance incentives.
