Job Description
Position: Bilingual Machine Operator
Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift – Starting at 6:00 PM
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Bilingual Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various packaging equipment, including filling, labeling, sealing, and tray machines
- Perform quality checks and quality audits to ensure product standards
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs and maintenance
- Handle materials and prepare packaging components
- Complete production logs and quality documentation
- Follow safety procedures and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Basic math, measurement, and computer skills
- Ability to read instructions and pay close attention to detail
- Able to stand, walk, lift, and handle materials for extended periods
- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation (preferred)
