Assessment Coordinator

Rainbow Care Solutions, a long-established, CQC-registered home care provider with over 20 years experience, is looking for an Assessment Coordinator to support our Cannock branch, covering Cannock and Staffordshire surrounding areas.About the roleAs an Assessment Coordinator , you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of person-centred care and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:Carrying out regular spot checks on care staff to monitor quality and best practiceAssessing new clients and completing initial assessments in line with company and CQC requirementsCompleting and reviewing care plans and risk assessments to ensure they are accurate, up to date and person-centredConducting care reviews with clients and families, responding promptly to changing needsCarrying out supervisions and appraisals for care staff, providing support, guidance and feedbackWorking closely with the Care Coordinator and Branch Manager to address any concerns, incidents or complaintsSupporting with on-call duties as required to ensure continuity and safety of careAbout youWere looking for someone who:Has solid experience in domiciliary/home care (Senior Carer/Team Leader or similar)Understands CQC standards and person-centred careIs confident completing assessments, reviews, care plans and risk assessmentsHas strong communication skills and can build positive relationships with clients, families and staffIs organised, proactive and able to work independently across Redditch and nearby areasIs confident using digital systems for care planning and record-keepingHolds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle (travel across Redditch and surrounding areas is essential)Has the right to live and work in EnglandWhat we offerCompetitive pay and private pensionSupportive management and a friendly local teamOngoing training, development and progression opportunitiesThe chance to make a real difference in Redditch and the surrounding community with an expanding organisationIf youre ready to step into an Assessment Coordinator role and help us maintain high standards of care across Redditch and the surrounding areas, wed love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
