The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and workshop team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established automotive business as they open a brand-new branch. Youll have the chance to play a key role in shaping the customer experience, working closely with the Workshop Controller and having the freedom to bring your own ideas, personality, and creativity to the role.Rather than being just another number in a large group, youll have the autonomy to make an impact, build strong customer relationships, and help create something special from the ground up.What Youll Be DoingWelcoming customers and discussing vehicle issuesBooking vehicles into the workshop systemPreparing service and repair estimatesCommunicating with technicians about work requiredUpdating customers on progress and costsOrdering parts when neededManaging invoices, payments, and paperworkSupporting warranty claims and service plansMaintaining accurate customer recordsDelivering excellent customer service at all timesWhat Were Looking ForExperience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Receptionist, or similar roleGood understanding of vehicle servicing and repairsStrong customer service and communication skillsOrganised and able to handle multiple jobsComfortable using workshop or DMS computer systemsFull UK driving licence preferredBonus Skills (Not Essential)Multi-brand vehicle experienceWarranty administration knowledgeSales or upselling experienceKnowledge of Garage HiveIf you feel like you could be the person we're looking for, apply today!
