Welder Fabricator required. £16.79 per hour, plenty of overtime paid at 1.5x after 37.5 hours and double time on Sundays, together with long-term job security and excellent earning potential, are just a few of the benefits available with this well-established engineering manufacturer.We are keen to speak with Welder Fabricators who have experience within heavy engineering, fabrication, structural steel, pressure vessels, or similar manufacturing environments.The Welder Fabricator role will involve:Fabricating brackets, framework and pipework as part of the assembly and completion of large engineering productsCarrying out both MIG and Manual Metal Arc (MMA/Stick) welding to a high standardReading and interpreting engineering drawings to manufacture fabricated componentsUsing fabrication machinery including press brakes, guillotines, radial arm drills, oxy-acetylene equipment and hand toolsWorking to high quality standards whilst meeting production deadlinesFollowing health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe working environmentIn return, the Welder Fabricator will receive:£16.79 per hour5 Hours per week, 7.45 am - 3.45 pm Monday to Thurs with 11.30 am finish on FridaysGenerous overtime paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours with double time on Sundays33 days holiday10% combined pension contributionLong-term, permanent opportunity with a growing engineering manufacturerWelder Fabricator requirements:Apprentice trained in Fabrication and Welding or hold relevant City & Guilds qualifications would be idealPrevious experience in MIG and MMA (Stick) weldingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience using fabrication machinery and workshop equipmentOverhead crane experience would be advantageous, although training can be providedBased in Leeds, the welder fabricator role is easily commutable from Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Batley and the surrounding areas.To apply for the welder fabricator position, please click 'Apply Now' or contact Conor Wood at E3 Recruitment for more information.TPBN1_UKTJ
