Project Coordinator - Citrix / VDI OptimisationLocation: London (Hybrid)Duration: Initial 6-Month ContractWe're looking for an organised Project Coordinator to support a large-scale Citrix optimisation and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) programme within a leading financial services organisation.This isn't a hands-on Citrix engineering role. Instead, you'll play a key part in coordinating the successful delivery of the programme, working closely with technical teams, project managers and operational stakeholders to ensure requests, issues and actions are managed efficiently.If you've supported Citrix, VDI or End User Computing (EUC) projects and enjoy keeping projects organised, we'd like to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesManage the programme mailbox, triaging and coordinating incoming requests.Act as the central point of coordination between technical teams, project stakeholders and business users.Track actions, risks and issues, ensuring they are followed through to completion.Coordinate meetings, project updates and governance activities.Maintain project documentation, trackers and reporting.Support the Head of Operations with day-to-day coordination across the programme.Escalate blockers and ensure project milestones remain on track.Experience RequiredPrevious experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Project Support Officer or similar.Experience supporting Citrix , VDI or End User Computing (EUC) projects.Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working within structured enterprise project environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desirable Technical ExposureExperience with one or more of the following would be advantageous:Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD)Citrix XenApp / XenDesktopAzure Virtual Desktop (AVD)Windows 365 / Cloud PCVMware HorizonMicrosoft End User Computing (EUC)Desktop virtualisation, migrations or optimisation programmesECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
