Commercial Plumber

Position: Commercial PlumberLocation: Semi-static Royal Botanical Gardens - Haywards Heath & RichmondSalary: Up to £50,000 DOE plus Overtime and no call-out rotaCommercial Plumber for our client, who have sepcialist M&E Service Provider with over 50 years of operating history and success. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of M&E equipment.Due to continued demand and across the Royal Botanical Gardens Contract, a semi-static engineer is needed to work across both sites in Richmond & Haywards. You will have access to a company van to travel between sites. During the working week, your time will be split 50-50The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for maintenance, reactive repairs, and installations on Heating Pumps, Chilled Water Pumps, Pressurisation units, Expansion vessels, 3/4 Way Valves & Actuators throughout Commercial properties.
