Facilities SupervisorBristol / Bath Area£35,000 per annum | Full TimeOur client is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to support the day-to-day management of facilities operations across sites in Bath, Bristol, and Swindon .This is a hands-on role where you'll support the Facilities Manager, supervise local facilities teams, oversee contractors, and help ensure buildings are maintained safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support local facilities teams across multiple locations.Manage contractors and monitor service delivery against agreed standards.Act as a key contact for facilities-related issues at assigned sites.Support building maintenance, compliance, and health & safety activities.Assist with energy management, environmental initiatives, and improvement projects.Approve invoices and support the effective management of budgets.What we're looking for:Previous experience in a Facilities Supervisor, Facilities Coordinator, or similar role.Strong knowledge of health, safety, and welfare regulations.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective stakeholder relationships.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between office locations.If you're an experienced facilities professional looking for a varied role with responsibility across multiple sites, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
