Healthcare Assistant

VP Forensic are recruiting for a support worker role in the NR31 Great Yarmouth area. This is to support a male client with an Acquired Brain Injury.Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas.Your responsibilities would include:Providing high quality person cantered support to our clientsSupporting our client with working toward their rehabilitation/development goalsMoving and handling via hoistingSupporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with our clientsProviding support to access the community that are engaging and fun for our clientsPersonal care and physical support in a dignified and respectful wayWorking under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.Managing complex behaviour and risk presented.Shifts:Days and Waking NightsYou will need:Caring, patient and empathetic natureExcellent communication skillsFluent EnglishMotivation to make a difference to our clientsExperience of supporting clients with an Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours, or some form of care experience to meet a specific level of knowledgeFull working rights in the UK (VP do not offer sponsorship)Pay:£12.85 per hour, Week Day RateBenefits:Holiday pay + pension!Referral bonus when you help us build our team of dedicated staff.
