Assistive Technology Team Leader£36,948.05 per yearHybrid - Rushden or PeterboroughPermanent,Full TimeAs an Assistive Technology Team Leader at Amplius, you'll lead a dedicated team delivering person-centred services, driving performance, supporting colleagues, and working with partners to provide high-quality minor adaptation and assistive technology services that promote customer independence, safety and wellbeing.Salary:£36,948.05 per yearContract:Permanent, full timeYour week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pmLocation: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in our Rushden or Peterborough office.Snapshot of your roleLead the day-to-day delivery of the Assistive Technology Team and Independent Living Advisors, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality services.Manage, coach and develop team members through recruitment, induction, supervision, performance management and wellbeing support.Monitor team performance, workloads and KPIs, taking action to maintain service standards and improve performance.Carry out and oversee Trusted Assessor assessments, recommending assistive technology, telecare and minor adaptations that support customer independence.Oversee customer services including telecare installations, equipment management, service reviews and fault resolution.Ensure compliance through accurate record keeping, safeguarding, risk management, audits and adherence to policies and legislation.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners while supporting service improvements, innovation and new ways of working.What youll need to thrive in this roleTrusted Assessor Level 3 or 4 qualification (or equivalent) and GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent).Experience leading and developing teams in a customer-focused environment.Experience managing performance, workloads and service delivery against targets.Experience delivering person-centred services in a customer-facing role.Strong leadership, coaching, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.Good administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams, with the ability to maintain accurate records.Knowledge of GDPR, safeguarding and Health & Safety requirements.The ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands and make confident decisions while remaining professional, resilient and customer focused.Important Enhanced DBS clearance and the right to work in the UK are essential requirements for this role.
