You'll line manage College staff, drive teaching and learning, lead transition planning, develop accreditation and employability opportunities, and work closely with parents, local authorities and external agencies. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in shaping whole-school improvement and maintaining outstanding outcomes for young people with SEND.
