You'll line manage College staff, drive teaching and learning, lead transition planning, develop accreditation and employability opportunities, and work closely with parents, local authorities and external agencies. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in shaping whole-school improvement and maintaining outstanding outcomes for young people with SEND. Assistant Headteacher (Head of College) What the School is Looking For The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have significant experience teaching and leading within SEND.
