Estate Technician

Location: Hull

Pay: £13.41 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

We are currently looking to recruit two reliable and hardworking Property Clearance & Void Operatives to join our client's team based in Hull.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the preparation of void properties. Duties will include property clearances, cleaning, garden maintenance, and assisting with a range of tasks to ensure properties are ready for their next occupants.

No two days are the same, so we're looking for individuals with a positive attitude who are happy to get stuck into a variety of practical tasks.

• Carry out property clearances, removing unwanted furniture, household items, and waste.
\n
• Clean void properties to a high standard, ready for handover.
\n
• Undertake basic garden maintenance, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and general tidying.
\n
• Support Void Operatives with a range of property preparation and maintenance duties.
\n
• Load, transport, and dispose of waste safely and in line with company procedures.
\n
• Use tools and equipment safely, reporting any faults or defects.
\n
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
\n
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
\n

• Must hold a full UK driving licence - vehicle is provided during working hours
\n
• Experience in property clearances, cleaning, grounds maintenance, labouring, or a similar hands-on role is desirable but not essential.
\n
• A positive attitude with a willingness to undertake a variety of tasks.
\n
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
\n
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
\n
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
