Multi Skilled Engineer
Job Description
Adecco are recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer, to join our local client on a permanent basis in North Ayrshire. Who are a leading manufacturing of products worldwide.
\nYou will have many responsibilities, some will include:
\nMaintain and repair all production and process manufacturing equipment
\nTo undertake tasks in line with maintenance requisition requests
\nTo conduct PPM (planned preventative maintenance) tasks as required
\nTo prioritise workload in liaison with Engineering Manager, to provide the most effective maintenance service possible thus maximising production output
\nEnsure area of responsibility housekeeping is of a high standard
\nComplete engineering projects as assigned by management
\nActively engage with suppliers to improve service levels and reduce costs
\nEnsure that all Quality Systems are followed
\nExperience of working within a COMAH site a distinct advantage
\n \nTo be considered you must have the following:
\nExperience in a manufacturing / engineering environment
\nSelf-motivated individual with ability to lead by example
\nGood team player but can work on own when required
\nGood timekeeper, flexible & willing to work out with normal hours, if required
\nKnowledge of pneumatic circuits and demonstrable fault finding skills
\nElectrical controls knowledge - plc's, invertors etc
\nComputer literate
\nFlexible and adaptable approach to work to meet business requirements
\n \nExcellent communication and customer services skills
