Project Operations Support (AV) 12 Month Fixed Term ContractLocation: Stockport (Hybrid)Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Start Date: End of JulyContract: 12-month FTC (with potential extension)The OpportunityWe are currently seeking an experienced Project Operations Support professional with a background in AV to join a leading organisation on a key client account.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day management of a high-volume project pipeline, working closely with internal teams and the end client to ensure seamless delivery, clear communication, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the day-to-day project pipeline for a key clientLiaise directly with the client to provide updates and ensure transparencyWork closely with Project Managers on scheduling, programmes, and installation timelinesArrange site surveys and coordinate resourcesPrepare job packs including technical documentation and RAMSTrack project progress and ensure timely completion of reportsUpload and manage project data within internal systems (e.g. Simpro)Support invoicing and job completion reportingProvide weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholdersCoordinate with operations, warehouse, and technical teams as requiredAssist with procurement and ordering of equipmentSupport additional client pipelines when requiredAbout YouProven experience in Project/Operations Support , ideally within the AV industryStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working in fast-paced environments and under pressureProficient in IT systems, including Excel and project management toolsWhy Apply?Work on a key, high-profile client accountBe part of a collaborative and fast-moving AV project environmentGain valuable experience with the potential for contract extensionHybrid working flexibilityTPBN1_UKTJ
