Job Title: Accounts and Advisory ManagerLocation: Banbury, Oxfordshire (hybrid)Package: £55,000-£70,000, hybrid working, private healthcare, 23 days holiday plus BHWorking hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, Flexible hoursA fantastic position has arisen within an independent top 100 Accountancy Practice, as an Accounts and Advisory Manager. This is a crucial role to this practice, as they look to continue their growth plans within their individual offices.In this position you will be managing and developing a portfolio of clients through the delivery of high quality accountancy and tax planning. The role is focused on a diverse portfolio of clients, as well as playing a key role in team development. If you are a qualified accountant with strong portfolio management experience this is the role for youAccounts and Advisory Manager Job ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Portfolio management: Manage a portfolio of rural clients which will involve significant internal liaison, meetings with clients, approve technically robust tax computations, identify technical issues, deliver complex tax advisory outcomes, maintain technical knowledge, and provide exceptional client serviceTechnical Delivery: Demonstrate exceptional technical knowledge and deliver this to clients through robust, effective advisory reporting and guidance.
