Previous experience within a Credit Control, Collections, Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash environment.Proven experience leading, coaching or mentoring team members.Strong understanding of collections processes, cash collection techniques and dispute resolution.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.Highly customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.Confident using financial systems, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to process control.Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential financial information appropriately.We value diversity and believe it strengthens our team.
