Third Party Management Officer (Housing)

Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established Housing provider for a Third Party Management Officer to support the oversight of third-party managed homeownership schemes. This role plays a key part in protecting residents interests, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving high service standards across managed estates.This is a temp - perm role however please apply if you have the experience and are looking for permanent only. They offer flexible working hours, a 9 day fortnight and hybrid working (2 days from the office per week). Please note the location of the office will change and be more centrally based.What Youll Be Doing:Overseeing third-party agreements, head leases and managing agentsScrutinising service charge demands, accounts and formal noticesMonitoring contractor performance against KPIs and SLAsInvestigating and escalating disputes or non-complianceSupporting financial and building safety compliance monitoringActing as a key liaison between residents, managing agents and internal teamsSupporting delivery of leasehold and property management servicesWhat They Look For:Experience of building relationships with third-party managing agentsKnowledge of leases, service level agreements and service chargesAbility to analyse financial information and performance dataStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsConfident challenging underperformance and driving improvementsAbility to handle stage 1 complaintsIf youre proactive, commercially aware and passionate about delivering high-quality services to residents, wed love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
