We're looking for practical, enthusiastic people to join a specialist operations team delivering cutting-edge branding activations at some of the UK's biggest sporting venues.This isn't your typical technician role. One day you'll be assembling and testing innovative robotic equipment, the next you'll be pitch-side at Premier League stadiums helping deliver large-scale branding before matchday.You'll receive full training, learn how the technology works, and have a clear pathway to becoming a Crew Leader within the business.What you'll be doing After an in-depth 3-month training programme, you'll learn how to:Assemble and maintain specialist robotic equipmentPrepare and test machinery before deploymentsTravel to sporting venues across the UKSet up and operate equipment on-siteSupport branding activations on natural grass surfacesRemove branding after events and restore playing surfacesWork safely as part of a close-knit field operations teamProgress towards leading activations yourselfNo two weeks are the same, combining workshop-based work with regular travel to some of the country's biggest sporting venues.Who we're looking for You don't need experience with roboticswe'll teach you that.We're looking for people who are:Practical and enjoy hands-on workPassionate about football or live sportHappy working both indoors and outdoorsReliable, proactive and eager to learnComfortable travelling across the UKLooking for a long-term career with progressionYou'll fit in well if you've worked in roles such as:Assembly TechnicianManufacturing OperativeMechanical TechnicianVehicle TechnicianConstructionLandscapingWarehouse or ProductionEvents CrewGrounds MaintenanceA full UK driving licence is essential.Ready for something different?
