Welsh Language EssentialAre you a confident Welsh speaker with excellent customer service skills and strong IT confidence? We're recruiting on behalf of a government body for a temporary Team Support Advisor to join a busy frontline support team.This is a varied role where you'll act as the first point of contact for members of the public and businesses, providing information, guidance, technical support and signposting through a range of channels including telephone, email and online systems.What you'll be doing:Handling customer enquiries in both Welsh and EnglishProviding first-line support for digital services, including password resets and account access issuesDiagnosing customer needs and resolving enquiries at first point of contact where possibleEscalating more complex issues to specialist teamsUpdating and maintaining accurate records using CRM systemsConducting research and providing information to customers and businessesReferring customers to relevant support services and external organisations where appropriateBuilding positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSupporting a high-volume contact environment while maintaining excellent service standardsWe're looking for:? Fluent Welsh and English language skills (spoken and written)? Previous customer service, contact centre or helpdesk experience? Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities? Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively? Accurate administration and data entry skillsDesirable:Experience supporting business customersUnderstanding of challenges faced by business owners and managersExperience working within a public sector, advice or support environmentWhat's on offer?? Home-based working primarily with monthly team hubs in the Llandudno Junction office? Immediate start available? Initial 3-month contract with strong likelihood of extension?
