HGV Class 2 Driver

Driver Hire Stockport is currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver for our reputable client based in Stockport.This role offers Monday to Friday work with 7:00am starts . You will be required to complete 23 nights out per week , so the ability to accommodate regular overnight stays is essential.Please note that this is a temp-to-perm position . After completing 65 shifts with Driver Hire, you will then transfer to full-time employment with our client.Please note that new pass drivers will also be considered for this role- Interviews to be held ASAPDuties of this HGV Class 2 Driver will include:Driving a HGV Class 2 vehicle responsibly and safely, obeying all traffic laws.Carrying out required daily vehicle checks to ensure procedural compliance.Maintaining regular contact with Branch Managers on daily progress.Completing paperwork accurately as instructed.Assist with loading and unloading the vehicle when necessary.Our HGV Class 2 Driver Requirements:A Valid Cat C Licence (HGV Class 2)A Valid CPC CardA Valid Digital Tacho CardNo more than 6 points (No DDs, DRs, INs, TTs endorsements)Pay Rates:£32,000.00 per annum including night out allowanceWhilst employed with Driver Hire Stockport you will receive £14.00ph and £17.50ph (you can also have the option to have your holidays paid upfront with this, which will make your hourly rate higher).If you are interested in the position, please click ' APPLY ' below or contact our office on 0161 428 9928 to speak to Elisha or Jamie.TPBN1_UKTJ
