Youll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!What youll do on a typical day:Provide HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, changes and probation reviewsAssist with recruitment activities, including interview coordination, offer documentation and onboarding administrationMaintain accurate HR records, always ensuring compliance and audit readinessSupport colleague engagement initiatives, wellbeing campaigns, charity events and CSR activities across the siteProduce and analyse people data, reports and HR metrics while providing first-line HR guidance to colleagues and managersWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Previous experience in HR, administration, engagement or people-focused roleStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesGood knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycleConfidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a positive, proactive and professional approachWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.TPBN1_UKTJ
